Why Aescape

Most wellness benefits go unused. This one gets booked.

Wellness programs live or die on participation. Gym stipends need showers and a free hour; massage days need vendors, scheduling, and staff; apps get downloaded and forgotten. Aescape puts real recovery inside the workday — bookable in minutes, fully clothed, right down the hall.

The Aescape tableThe Aescape table
Actually used

Across two corporate campuses, employees booked 3,350 sessions in twelve months — sustained weeks ran 40 to 74, with no promotional support.

Fits the workday

Peak bookings land between 1 and 4pm, and adoption holds across all five weekdays. Sessions run 15 to 60 minutes; most employees choose 45.

Easy on your team

Employees self-schedule online and the system runs autonomously, monitored through a live dashboard. Your team decides who gets access — that's the job.

When employees keep showing up, the program is working.

The proof · case study

Two campuses. Twelve months. 3,350 sessions.

An enterprise employer ran Aescape at two corporate office campuses from June 2025 through May 2026. Employees self-scheduled; a single attendant managed the room. No promotional support — the numbers held for a year on their own. Partner blinded; figures from Aescape session and CSAT data; photography illustrative.

  • 45-minute sessions were the top choice — 53% of bookings.

Demand held at 40–74 sessions a week with no promotional support, and holiday dips recovered quickly. Bookings spread evenly across all five weekdays — adoption at the team level, not a power-user group — and peaked between 1 and 4pm, fitting around the workday rather than interrupting it. When one campus relocated, utilization held: employee buy-in is not venue-dependent.

Where Aescape fits

Drop it into the room you already have.

8 × 10′ — and it doesn't need four walls. A wellness room, a spare office, or an open corner all work; no build-out, no plumbing. A few of the places it fits:

The operating model

Minimal lift to launch. Minimal overhead to run.

No attendant needed — the room runs self-serve. In the case study, the employer chose to have an existing staff member host the room; that was their choice, not a requirement. The loop:

01

Book

Employees self-schedule online; walk-ins fit around live availability. Nothing for your team to coordinate or field.

02

Arrive

Fresh Aescape apparel waits by the table — washable, reusable, no oil. Employees change and settle in on their own.

03

Session

A quick body scan, then the table runs the session autonomously, with remote monitoring and support from Aescape.

04

Reset

The employee wipes down the table and drops their apparel in the hamper — the room is ready for the next booking.

Start from a scenario
The corporate case study delivered 3,350 sessions across two campuses in twelve months — an average of 32 per table each week, with no promotional support. Sustained weeks ran 40 to 74; the yearly average is lower because it includes ramp-up and holiday weeks.
Run it free as a benefit, or have employees contribute per minute — in the corporate case study, employees paid $1 per minute. You choose which session lengths to offer: 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Contributions offset the program cost, and paid bookings are a demand signal in their own right.

The details

Questions your team will ask.

What can we see about employees' sessions?

The program, not the person: your dashboard shows aggregate utilization, satisfaction, and feedback themes.

Is it safe for every employee?

Sessions are self-guided, with pressure the employee controls and the ability to stop at any time. Employees should make sure they have none of the contraindications Aescape indicates — and when in doubt, check with their clinician.

Who runs the room day to day?

No one has to. Employees self-schedule, change into apparel waiting by the table, and wipe the table down afterward — apparel drops in the hamper, and your normal facilities loop takes it from there. Some teams add an attendant or office manager to host the room — optional, not required. Aescape services and updates the unit remotely.

How does the apparel work?

Each table comes with 160 sets of Aescape apparel, sized XXS through XXXL. It's worn once, dropped in the hamper, and washed and laundered as normal — back in rotation like any other linen.

Can we control who gets access?

Yes — an open benefit for everyone, or by team, site, or role. You set the terms; employees book within them.

Do we have to charge employees — and if we want to, how does it work?

Charging is optional. Run it free as a benefit, or set a per-minute contribution — $1 per minute in the corporate case study. Employees book, pay, and manage sessions in the Aescape app under the 7.5% commerce & transaction fee, credit card costs included, so there's no billing system for your team to run. Contributions offset the program cost.

How do we manage bookings?

You don't have to. Employees self-schedule around live availability in the Aescape app; your team sets the access rules and watches utilization in the dashboard.

Can employees use their FSA?

Employees can get a letter of medical necessity, which typically makes sessions eligible for FSA reimbursement — they should confirm with their plan administrator.

Can it plug into an existing wellness stipend?

Every benefits stack is different — our Partner Success team is happy to talk through yours and recommend best practices.

What does a rollout beyond one office look like?

We scope each office with you — the case study ran one table per campus; your rollout is sized to your sites. Per-device economics, launch playbooks, and Partner Success scale it office by office from there.
